Reservation Policy

For non-hotel guests, The Rooftop is available on a first come, first serve basis. While we don't currently accept reservations, guests are able to purchase tables of 4 people for a non-refundable, non-applicable fee to F&B purchases of $150 Friday, Saturdays and Sundays and a fee of $50 Monday through Thursday. A credit card to secure the reservation is required 48 hours in advance. We allow up to three tables per reservation. Reservations over 12 people will be referred to the Catering Department. Pricing excludes holidays and is subject to change based on availability.

Meet Chef Craig Connole

Chef Craig Connole of La Casa del Camino restaurant

Born and raised in Newport Beach, California, Chef Craig Connole grew up cooking at home with his family before beginning his professional career at age 15. At 19, he sharpened his skill set by training at prestigious hotels like Le Meridian and Four Seasons. Later, he gained expertise at top-notch restaurants and private clubs, eventually moving on to obtain multiple awards during his time at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Kapalua, Maui. Now in Laguna Beach, he has established himself as a reputable chef with many creative concepts in the Southern California area. For the past 14 years, the historic hotel La Casa del Camino has been lucky enough to enjoy the innovative recipes that Chef Craig has to offer.
